Welcome to Nancimila's Cottage Magic

I labored long and hard to put a name to my art work and creative process. Styles are defined by words like, Victorian, Colonial, Modern, even Medieval and Gothic . I looked around my house, at my murals, and at my hand painted furniture creations and I brain-stormed a list of words to describe what I saw. My style is unique to what I imagine as my perfect dream place. This world is full of hidden gardens, aged relics, cozy rooms, and stories told by firelight, generously sprinkled in magic and a little bit of glitz. I imagined my perfect place as a flower covered cottage in the woods, filled with touches of worn gold leaf and well loved magical treasures. A new 'style' was born. I call it 'Cottage Magic'.
