Boards
My Spirit Boards are my passion. I
put an average of 20 hours of work into
each board. Each is a unique creation.
I draw my inspiration from many places:
seasons, astrology, eras, architecture,
even my own art work. If I'm making
a special order board, then it's inspired
by the person for whom I'm making it.
Spirit Boards are very special and magical
items to display in your home. The very
purpose they are used for is a spark
for the imagination.. They take us to
a place where we can hope to reunite
with our past loved ones and understand
that they are always with us.
About My Boards
I create each board and panchette from
raw materials. I cut and sand each piece
of wood myself. I use a variety of materials
such as acrylic paint, gold and silver
leaf, carved decorative wood pieces,
ribbons, beads, metal filigris, and
even rhinestone pieces. My boards are
customarily large [17"h x 22"w],
and are more than enough room for two
or more seekers. I am always open to
requests to make larger or smaller boards!
These are not "toy quality"
boards - they are each original works
of art, and are priced and should be
treated as such.
